It is located in one of Southwold's prime residential roads and is managed by the owner, Vivien Tolfree.

The beach with the famous pier is just around the corner. The lighthouse and Sole Bay Inn (Adnams) are at the end of the road. Shops and Market Place are just a few minutes' stroll away.

At the end of Stradbroke Road is our famous lighthouse, the Sole Bay Inn selling perfect Adnams from the brewery across the street, and an old-fashioned corner shop. Apart from the beach there's lots for families to do in the vicinity - such as Southwold Museum, Africa Alive, the Southwold Maize Maze and climbing the lighthouse.
